moderator election

FYI there is a moderator election happening on RationalWiki right now. It is sort of like the en-wiki arb election but nuttier and less needlessly complicated.

Notable features:

* After I nominated several banned trolls, a few vandals, and my sockpuppet, it was decided that eligibility rules were a good idea.
* Two "crazies" are running, both are right-wing (not excessively so) and contrast sharply with the Wiki's left-wing viewpoint.
* The voting was started on time for once, and ends on the 26 November.

I gave myself longer to count the votes this time, so everything should be good. :)
