He is pointed to a blog post which doesn't answer his question but blethers about how "new partnership opportunities will continue to address critical barriers to participation in free knowledge around the world". Someone also points him to a list of the start but not, as requested, the end dates of the programmes. Is it that these people simply cannot read? Or that they enjoy giving unhelpful answers? Or is it that there is a deep-seated and sub-conscious reluctance to address the fact that this programme was an ill-conceived failure from beginning to end, so that it needs to be erased from history?Lucas Teles wrote:Do we have any official statement about it?
