Well, money that would otherwise have been spent on library books. Apparently the Swedish National Library has given Wikimedia Sverige $65,000 to transfer some of their library databases onto Wikidata. This is the same Wikidata that mangled data from the VIAF library dababase giving people bogus dates of birth: in other words, that just proved they are not competent to do exactly what they have just been given money to do. So that's the cost of a couple of thousand books the library could have bought but instead decided to give to Wikdata, the database that anyone can insert nonsense into. Rather than burning the money, why not just burn the books? At least it would have kept them warm in the winter.
