Toxicity, toxic culture, toxic contributors

Post by Auggie » Fri Jul 12, 2019 5:33 pm

There's a lame discussion going on on WP:Fram about the word toxic.

Some people say it's incivil to use the word toxic to describe another editor.

Others saying it's an American word and the rest of the world does not know what we're talking about.

I'm not even sure myself what it means. Like the opposite of supportive? Mean and nasty? Negative?

Please add your toxic thoughts to the thread below.

Well, it is indeed frighday, time for a good beer. A toxic thought?

They don't understand a fucking duck (typical expresion in Dutch when I was young  ) about both Europe and the second world war. They are just saying something. They have not even a clou where they are talking about.

Cheers!
